Our client, a leading investment company in UAE seeks to recruit a dynamic and enterprising HR Manager who would establish core HR functions for the organization.
Core competencies/critical attributes desired:
- Post Graduate in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years experience spanning various areas of HR.
- Should have practiced HR in areas such as performance management, training, compensation surveys, recruitment and selection, employee satisfaction etc.
- Should have conceptualised and created frameworks for HR initiatives.
- Go getter and essentially a people person; ability to work in a multi cultural environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
- Experience of HR initiatives in an Investment Banking environment is highly desirable.
- Aged between 31-35 years.
- Experience in UAE/GCC preferred.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
Salary: Dhs.25, 000-30,000+ ticket+ medical
